1. Quality Issues
If you discover quality issues with your sneakers or streetwear upon delivery, please take clear photos and send them to our customer service team. We will evaluate the situation and provide appropriate compensation.
The following cases are eligible for evaluation:
- ① Broken or severely damaged products.
- ② Sole detachment or structural defects.
- ③ Incorrect style received (different from what you ordered).
- ④ Incorrect size received (mismatched to your order).
Note: If the size error is due to customer error (e.g., you chose the wrong size), we cannot accept returns. Please double-check your size selection after payment.
2. Shipping Damage
If your items are damaged during transit, please take photos of the damaged product and packaging, and send them to our customer service team. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
3. Customs Seizure
If your package is seized or held by customs, we will resend a new pair of sneakers to you at no additional cost.
Please note: We will resend the package only once per order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on any items that have been:
- Worn or used
- Damaged by the customer
- Engraved, customized, or altered by a third party
5. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
However, if your order has already been shipped, we regret that we are unable to cancel it. International shipping carriers do not offer package interception services, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
